"I am an UnFranchise Owner with Market America / Shop.com and that's how I learned about Raise. I use the site religiously before I make a purchase at any store that offers gift cards on the site. As a matter of fact, if I have a choice of where to purchase a particular item, the deciding factor could well be whether or not I can purchase a gift card from Raise for my purchase. As an UnFranchise Owner, I appreciate the commissionable value that Raise offers and will continue to use their gift cards (both egift and physical).

"I usually get the cards right away and even if they aren't commissionable after $1000, you still can use them at a partner store and get commissions for that purchase so it makes sense if you are saving lots of money on the card. If not, why bother?"

"I have been using Raise for almost a year now! Haven't had any issues yet with getting physical or voucher gift cards. Vouchers usually arrive within minutes. I wish they would raise the $1000 limit to earn commissions, as well but since saving money anywhere is a great. "

"I enjoy using raise.com and saving money on EVERYTHING i buy. I always save at least 1% which is amazing. My savings average around 5-10% off which is just phenomenal. Some purchases even qualify for an additional 2% CASHBACK. "Raise.com has been a wonderful store until you hit the $10,000 customer spending limit. They do not allow me to cancel my account nor do they allow to open a separate customer account. When I attempt to open a new account they cancel it when the address matches. The customer service has been horrible when I called 3 times for assistance today. I have appreciated them as a partner store however I will not use them if my orders not commissionable for my SAMM. PLEASE FIX THIS!"

"They took my money and I got nothing! Now I am out $57.94. Very disappointed!! Bad customer service too! I bought a gift card for my daughter for her birthday for Kohl's. She went to use it and it DIDN'T WORK! I contacted Raise and they said they would look into it and get back to me in 3-5 days. NOTHING! I called again and got the same thing. NOTHING! The next time I called I said I would not hang up until I got an answer and they said they could not do anything because it is passed the 100 days for them to honor it! A YOU KIDDING ME???? They got my money and sold me a card that didn't work and they won't do anything to help me! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!"

"I bought several cards at 2 pm PST. I needed my vouchers ASAP. I waited for four hours, and still did not receive them. I had to contact Raise.com via email in order to receive a response, telling me call them within 24 hours to resolve this. No one answered after I called immediately after receiving the response. I am angry and disappointed that Raise.com does not proactively raise their concerns regarding orders, making the customer pursue Raise.com instead, thus causing delays and wasting precious time."
